2. Hosting

This website is hosted on Lovable (and its hosting providers, including Vercel Inc., USA). When you access the site, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system, referrer URL. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site). The data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

3. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the typefaces "Outfit" and "Inter". The font files are served exclusively from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).

4. Cookies & local storage

Only technically necessary data is stored in your browser's local storage (your cookie selection). No tracking or analytics cookies are used. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email (hi@lisachrist.com) or phone, your information will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Booking via Cal.com

We use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) as a third-party provider for appointment booking. When you open the booking page, connection data is transmitted to Cal.com; when you book, additionally your name, email address and any further information you provide. 7. YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode

We embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No cookies are set by YouTube when the page loads. Only when you start a video, YouTube may set cookies and transfer data to Google servers (also in the USA). Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Privacy notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Stuttgart: State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, https://www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
